CUTLET


Hi friends! how are you all. Here is a recipe for cutlet.

Ingredients

Potatoes 2 big
Soy dhal, soaked 1 cup
Green chillies(finely cut) 6-8
Coriander and curry leaves 2 tbs(finely cut)
Ginger juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Coating
Beaten egg 1
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Oil as needed

Method
Boil potatoes,peel and mash them. Cook soy dhal until soft. Mash boiled dhal to a grainy texture. Mix with the mashed potatoes to make a soft dough. Mix other ingredients. Divide the dough into small balls and pat them to 1 inch thick circles. For coating, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs on both the sides and shallow fry till golden in colour.Serve with tomato ketchup.
