SOYA BEANS

All of us take our daily quota of nutrition from different sources like fruits, vegetables,food. Fats give us muscle power. Carbohydrates are broken down for energy.But only proteins give us body building nutrition and tissue repair essential for children and adults.
An Indian diet is usually insufficient in protein. The reasons for this are many. Beginning with lack of information and the inability to appreciate the importance of protein. Then the traditional sources of protein worldwide- eggs and meat are out of reach of the vast dominant vegetarian population. Milk alone is insufficient to provide enough protein. Dals and pulses also have protein,but that alone is not enough.
SOYA BEANS improve the protein content of our diet. This is 100% vegetarian. This is cheap and best. So,use soya regularly to get enough protein without increasing monthly budget and without in anyway changing our food habits.
