HELEN KELLER



Helen Adams Keller(1880-1936) terribly handicapped from childhood, was endowed with grim determination to make a success of her life and with her own efforts, ably assisted by her teacher Anne Sullivan, Helen did make a resounding success of her life. Blind,deaf and mute from her eighteenth month, Helen not merely overcame the disadvantages of these handicaps,but graduated from Radcliffe College, became an accomplished writer and speaker and devoted her life to the cause of the blind all over the world.Hers is the saga of the triumph of the spirit over the body.
Helen Keller fought against her disabilities and her disabilities and became one of the greatest women of the world.
