WALKING

Walking is a holistic exercise that can calm body and mind.It is a low-impact, natural exercise that releases fatigue and improves general health.Comfortable clothing and proper footwear are essential for walking.
Gautama Buddha introduced walking meditation as one of the tools for physical and mental development.
Walking meditation is a part of yoga.There will be no wear and tear, no strain but only a calm mind,a feeling of lightness and ease and improved energy.
Walking meditation develops deep awareness of the body and breath and prepares one for asana practice.
One needs discipline and commitment to make walking meditation,a daily routine.
