ADOLESCENCE

Adolescence is a difficult phase. Learn how to handle children better during this stage.Handling adolescents is a challenging task. These young people,if not guided properly.are likely to fall prey to behaviours that play them at risk,like joining gangs, dropping out of school and running away from home. Adolescence is a time for young people to define their place in the family and community.We have to deal this problem with extreme patience.
Ways to help students deal with adolescence include providing positive feedback and offering chances to strengthen their skills. Teaching them about the joys and troubles of life and supporting their endeavour to be independent too are important.
The young people need love, compassion, sensitivity,praise,understanding and communication.
We must educate ourselves about adolescence.We must listen to their words. We should use positive reinforcement for positive behaviour.Chances should be given to them to take part in community's activities.Don't push them for drastic or dramatic solutions.
